1. Please choose the appropriate size based on your foot length (from heel to toe). The size number marked on the shoe outsole is the China size number, not the European size. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.

2. Due to color deviation from different displays, the actual color may vary slightly. Please refer to the actual product.

3. The shoes may experience slight friction and deformation during transportation, which is normal. If you receive shoes with quality issues, please contact us immediately.

4. New shoes that have just left the factory may smell of glue, but this is not a quality problem. We hope you understand. The smell will dissipate after being placed in a ventilated area for a period of time.

Notice

Usually, orders come without a shoe box, only a pair of shoes. But if you need a box, please contact us to increase the price.

Refund and Return
